Emma Watson hired us to create a cinéma vérité–style piece capturing the launch day of Renais, the gin company she founded with her brother. We shot in her penthouse apartment, keeping things intimate, observational and loose—focused on real moments rather than polish. Emma was a generous host and a genuinely great collaborator: sharp instincts, playful energy and fully game to experiment. Between setups we bonded over being big fans of the Barbie movie, which set the tone for a relaxed, fun day. And yes, the gin is really good.
